Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Reelo within 14 days of your first paid charge on a given plan, email us at hello@reelo.com and we'll refund that charge in full. The guarantee applies once per customer per plan and does not cover renewal charges after the first period.

Token and credit purchases

One-time token packs are non-refundable once tokens have been used. If you purchased a token pack and have not consumed any of the tokens, contact support within 14 days for a full refund. Tokens that fail to render due to a technical error on our side are automatically returned to your balance — you do not need to request a refund for failed renders.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel any paid plan at any time:1. Sign in to your Reelo account.2. Open the Billing page from the top-right menu.3. Click Manage subscription to open the customer portal.4. Choose Cancel plan. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.If you cancel after the 14-day window, you will not be charged again but will not receive a refund for the current period.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We send a reminder email before each renewal. Renewal charges outside the 14-day window are generally non-refundable, but if something goes wrong (duplicate charge, unauthorized renewal, prolonged outage), email support and we'll make it right.

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a payment fails, we'll pause access and retry per the standard billing schedule. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster than a dispute.
