By using Reelo you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.
2. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Reelo to create illegal, hateful, defamatory, sexual, or deceptive content; impersonate others; or violate any platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Content ownership
You own the videos you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and improve our AI from anonymized inputs.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the period ends.
6. Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee on new paid plans. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
7. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing before posting.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may close your account anytime.
9. Liability
Reelo is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
